Girls girl girls!! All of our lovely young does are here with us for important reasons, most of all milk potential genetics, but also because we really like them! Breeders including ourselves produce beautiful and colorful goats, that's one of the wonderful things about Nigerian Dwarves. Some breeders specialize in milk production, but certainly not all, and since this is truly a dairy breed we do our homework for the best milk producing genetics we can find. So, that brings us to the young girls in our herd. Each has special merits and are here to assist in combining genetics that will give us gorgeous does with gorgeous and capacious udders but there's nothing guaranteed when it comes to breeding nor genetics - we can only do our best.
Our doelings are an amusing, affectionate group that keep us laughing with their antics! We enjoy watching them grow up, and have great hopes of course that one day they will step into the show ring with an awesome and productive udder, elegance, and the dairyness that will make them stand out in the crowd. Papy is another happy butterball here. She's a buckskin but has such extensive white overlay you'd think instead she as white with colorful 'decorations'. She has a little lipstick smudge on one side of her mouth that makes you think she's laughing at you. An amusing girl with incredible rear width between her hocks, she has a great peronality too! She is available for $400.
We also have a nice group of young girls we retained sired by our Xaver from 2008 kiddings. Look for their photos this spring as well as seeing them in the show ring - they are an exceptional group!
