KIDS! I have 2 groups of girls and each is bred to a buck of new genetics for Alaska. Ricki is out of a beautiful Wooden Bridge doe, Whisper, who has an incredible udder and great show placings, sired by a Rosasharn UMT buck; and Denali is out of the Dragonfly farm in Massachusetts. His dam and my Onyx's dam are full sisters from the Twin Creek's herd.

Kids out of first fresheners will be priced at only $350.
We also have several very select Buck kids available. One is out of Tupence Ginger Snap, one of our matriarchs who's daughters have done well in both the milk pail and the show ring. He's a dark buckskin sired by Rikki. $450. And I have a nice light buckskin boy out of DD Tiny Toes Xandy sired by Denali, $400.
Below left is a striking chocolate buckskin doe kid out of Jobi Plum by Riki. She is very well put together and should have a capacious udder too. She was reserved prior to being born but the economy has forced her buyer to offer her back up for sale. Very nice show potential. $500
Also for sale:
DD Tiny Toes MB Xandy, Xaver's sister, kidded 5-10 with a single buckling. She is a beautiful black and white doe with moonspots but she had a case of mastitis on one side so she was dried up immediately. We won't be keeping her for our own milk production but she may make someone a good brood doe and has especially nice genetics. $350
Private inquiries welcomed.
Our kids are doing well in the show ring! We are pretty excited with how well others are doing with them - they are healthy and robust thanks to our improved copper and selenium feeding regimine, their structure is sound and they are growing up quite nicely! We want you to have lovely goats that have great mammary potential, let us help you find the right compliment for your herd.
Yes, we DO ship! We've had years of experience shipping by air and we do prefer that kids are shipped after 8 weeks of age to ensure their good health and safety. I no longer am able to ship on Fridays and Saturdays as those are the 2 days that I teach classes, except during the winter months. Thank you for your understanding!
We do whole herd testing for CAE and Johne's and tested negative again for 2009 as we have always done! Our herd is clear of CL and Brucellosis, and we are in a TB free state. We have a GREAT goat vet and our herd gets the best of care.
Shipping kids from Alaska is not a problem. We are very comfortable with making both the veterinary and airline arrangements. All of our foundation stock have been flown here to Alaska, and we have flown out those who have been sold to new homes, so we have no problems with arranging a flight for your new purchase. We have excellent connections to the lower-48 states from here being an International airport hub, most kids arrive to you during the afternoon or evenings hours.
You will be responsible for both the airfare as well as the veterinary health check and certificate. You can ship us your crate or we will purchase one for you at your expense. We do not charge to take animals to the airport an hour and a half away, it is a service that we are glad to provide you as purchaser of one of our kids!
We cannot guarantee that your kid will not go over height, that is a matter of genetics that we can't control, but we do make the best effort to ensure that this doesn't happen and breed accordingly. Most of our does are under 21" also which helps. We cannot accept any animal back once it has left our herd as we must assure our biosecurity.
We do accept PayPal. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will reserve your kid prior to birth on a first come first served basis, but we must be notified in advance before you send a deposit. If the kid of your choice is not available, the deposit will be retained for your 2nd choice, and if your 2nd choice is not available you will receive a refund. $100 non-refundable deposit required for any kid reserved after birth. All kids must be picked up or sent to their new location by 8 weeks of age, anything beyond this will incure a $2 per day boarding fee. Please feel free to email us with any questions, we are happy to help!
